Associate Engineer

1. Lead and execute technical projects in Exhaust.as per APQP timeline.
2. Strong knowledge on developmental related activities on sheet metal component / APQP  

3. Strong knowledge on mechanical parts related to the application design.
4. Alternators provide technical guidance to the team members / engineers in challenging  situations
5.Develop prototypes for customer and internal validation as pe project milestone.

6. Handle multiple developmental projects simultaneously and execute flawlessly
7. Evaluate DFM/A of parts and Assemblies and Conduct Technical Design Reviews
8. Responsible for controlling all Prototype/Production, Control Plan and Inspection reports
9. Develop new products as per customer specs                                                                                                                           10. Responsible for Failure Analysis of the component during DV,PV testing and Warranty Lead the Benchmarking exercises for to  improve the product and reduce the material cost
11. Responsible for managing development team and allocate resources to projects
12. Technical management of prototype build for OEM and automotive /CTOH customers.                                                                 13. Manage development team for multiple purpose, from new concept to till failure analysis
14. Manage and support on developing / innovating the next generation technology.

15. Execute and approve gauge DAP/Gauge concept with supplier.

16.Should be able to support PPAP activity for child parts.
