Assistant Manager- FP&A

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end to end consolidation of financials
• Establish a detailed close and reporting calendar
• Implement standardized reporting templates, definitions and keep the templates up to date with the changes driven by corporate
• Consistency in KPIs and Performance measurement across Plants
• Prepare and Manage Monthly reports to submit to the Local as well as global Management team.
• Closely co-ordinate with Plant/Business Finance, Shared Services
• Lead the Day-3 Management reporting Process, ensuring timely consolidation of actual results, forecasts and business explanations
• Lead Monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning (Budget, LRP and Forecast) and Acutals performance review process
