Snr Automation Engineer

Good to have:

• Higher education in: Automation and Computers / Electronics / Mechatronics;︅︋︎︉︈︃︀︅ ︂︆︄︅ ︁︁︎︌ ︈︂︇︍ ︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊
• Professional experience min. 2 years in the field of programmable automation;
• Good knowledge in the field of industrial automation, programmable automation, automation and electronics - SIEMENS, FESTO, REXROTH;
• At least 2 years of experience in programming Siemens automation, which have installed the Step 7 program, TIA Portal, WinCC Flexible, Prosave (Siemens training courses - TIA, PRO, SERV, etc., are an advantage);
• Knowledge of Siemens control systems (CPU – 300/400/1200/1500 series, HMI - TP/IPC, Sinamics servo drivers);
• • Knowledge of PILZ control systems - Smart Safety Relay is an advantage;

Responsabilities:

• Provides back-up solutions for control systems from production equipment - performs periodic back-ups of control systems (CPU Siemens S7 300, Logo and HMI TP270, TP177, IPC477);
• Provides spare parts necessary for control systems of production equipment such as CPU S7 300, SM S7 300, HMI TP177, TP270, IPC477;
• Provides spare parts and back-ups for PILZ safety systems - performs periodic back-ups of PILZ programmable relays;
• Responsible for all programmable automatic equipment in terms of data and program management, interfacing with other data systems and data transfer, program back-up/restore;
• Diagnoses and informs maintenance specialists about the symptoms of failure detected in automation and control systems;
• Diagnoses and intervenes to remedy electronic equipment failures;
• Systematically checks the machines, computers and PLCs that are part of the automation installation, in order to detect operating anomalies;
• Responsible for programmable logic controllers (PLC), maintenance and analysis and resolution of defects;
