For our braking plant located in Ploiesti, we are looking for a team member who faces the challenges of the international automotive markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.
Candidate profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial-accounting field, driving/ executing on specific role responsibilities (detailed within job's responsibilities section), preferably in an international company
- ACCA/ MBA/ CPA desirable
- Min 2 years in a team management role
- SAP working experience
- Fluent in English
Job brief
The role is responsible for overseeing business's day-to-day financial operations.
- deployment of company’s financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting providing financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making
- identifying efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business
- support the manufacturing operations with accurate and timely information
- maintain an accurate Standard Costing system
- leading the annual budget process for the unit, including incorporating historical data
- monitoring and balancing cash flows into and out of a business to meet obligations and optimize investment
- deployment of company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard assets and reduce fraud
- overseeing unit tax and financial statements
- coordinating with external financial, compliance and tax auditors
- ensuring compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations
- advising company managers on operations activities based on knowledge of the underlying business
- management of subordinated resources
