In this role, you will be responsible for defining, governing, implementing and sustaining enterprise-wide data integrity standards running as a master expert in data integrity all policies, and processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all business units, functions, and geographies. You will build the foundation for a resilient and agile supply chain by driving global harmonization, automation, and compliance in data management practices – enabling a better than world-class operational performance and trusted decision-making process.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Data Integrity Master Expert: deep expertise in ERP/MDM tools and ability to design and implement single source of truth, hands-on experience with ERP platforms with expertise on pay point definition, design and implementation, or equivalent payment solutions and their integration into ERP and finance systems. Advanced configuration of inventory management modules, cycle counting, and reconciliation to link inventory accuracy to financial reporting and supply chain planning systems securing a better than required in trade compliance requirements like SOX, eliminating the need of API´s.
  2. Data Quality & Standards Champion drives global master data standards, harmonizes models, ensures accuracy, and processes with playbooks, cutting waste and shaping industry-leading governance.
  3. Data Integrity Excellence: applies Lean principles to transform master data management into a benchmark of speed, accuracy, and simplicity, becoming the global reference in data integrity excellence.
  4. People Developer: builds and mentors a global steward network that drives accountability and innovation, developing talent recognized as industry-leading contributors in data integrity practices.
  5. Global Data Integrity Standardization: established global governance routines that creates, enhance and unify global master data through IT, supply chain, finance, and commercial, becoming a worldwide benchmark data integrity process.
  6. Regulatory, Audit Readiness & Master Data Governance: elevates master data governance at the exceeding level regarding standards compliance like SOX establishing industry-leading accuracy, transparency, and resilience.

Minimum Requirements

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, supply chain, engineering, or related field. Master’s or certifications (DAMA, CDMP, Lean, Six Sigma, APICS) are a plus.

  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to global operations (e.g., Spanish, German, Mandarin, French) are highly valued.
