About Us:

In this role, you will be the cluster-level deployment leader and P3 Specialist for P3 Integrated Supply Chain. You will drive plant certification by enabling Plant Supply Chain Leaders and pillar owners to stabilize critical execution, standardize the operating model, simplify processes and systems, and certify sites against P3 maturity requirements. You will not replace plant ownership. You will build the capability, governance, methods, standards, and accountability that allow every plant role to succeed, achieve certification, and sustain compliance. Your scope connects Demand Planning / Outbound Demand, Supply Planning / Inbound Planning, Material Handling / Internal Flow, Transportation and Logistics, ERP and Inventory Integrity, Lean and Continuous Improvement, and the Plant Supply Chain Leader.

Who are you?

  • P3 Integrated Supply Chain Deployment Leader: You translate the P3 maturity grid, operating standards, certification KPIs, and evidence requirements into practical plant roadmaps, ownership, routines, and measurable execution.
  • Stabilize-Standardize-Simplify-Certify Coach: You sequence the journey correctly: contain instability and protect customers; implement repeatable standards; remove waste, variation, and shadow processes; then prove sustained execution through certification evidence.
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Expert: You understand how customer demand, production scheduling, supplier planning, inventory, material flow, transportation, ERP transactions, and trade requirements interact. You prevent one pillar from improving at the expense of another.
  • Plant Capability Builder: You coach Plant Supply Chain Leaders and pillar owners at Gemba. You develop standard work, skills matrices, trained backups, problem-solving capability, and Leader Standard Work instead of creating permanent dependence on cluster support.
  • Governance and Accountability Driver: You establish a clear RASCI, tier and S&OE interfaces, KPI reviews, escalation paths, action management, and review cadence. You make gaps visible and ensure decisions have owners and due dates.
  • Data-Driven Simplifier: You use ERP, operational data, maturity evidence, and process observation to distinguish symptoms from systemic causes. You eliminate duplicate reports, manual workarounds, and conflicting local practices while preserving necessary plant flexibility.
  • Change Leader with Credibility: You can challenge plant and functional leaders respectfully, adapt deployment to maturity and complexity, and maintain urgency without compromising ownership or sustainability.

Who will you set to win, and how will you do that?

  • Plant Supply Chain Leaders: Build the site P3 ISC roadmap, organization and RASCI; establish daily and weekly governance; calibrate priorities; remove barriers; and prepare the site to own and sustain certification.
  • Demand Planning / Outbound Demand: Strengthen demand management, S&OE, finite production scheduling, production control, WIP/FG optimization, customer delivery, scorecard review, and recovery discipline.
  • Supply Planning / Inbound Planning: Improve MRP cadence and exception closure, supplier scheduling, raw-material optimization, supplier risk and performance, inbound planning, and recovery governance.
  • Material Handling / Internal Flow: Deploy PFEP, packaging and storage standards, warehouse controls, supermarkets, pull signals, replenishment routes, FIFO, line-side presentation, and safe internal flow.
  • ERP and Inventory Integrity: Establish ERP as the system of record, strengthen master-data ownership and transaction discipline, eliminate shadow systems, improve cycle counting and inventory accuracy, and close recurring variances.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Standardize lanes, routing, planning, tendering, shipment visibility, carrier escalation, invoice controls, load utilization, and premium-freight governance.
  • Lean and Continuous Improvement: Build value-stream roadmaps, pull systems, velocity improvements, standard work, Gemba coaching, structured problem solving, Kaizen execution, and measurable benefit tracking.
  • Plant and Cluster Leadership: Provide a fact-based view of maturity, risk, KPI gaps, resource barriers, cross-site priorities, and certification readiness. Escalate systemic issues that plants cannot solve alone.
  • Regional and Global P3 Teams: Calibrate interpretation of standards, convert field learning into scalable playbooks, identify and transfer best practices that can be replicated across plants, and ensure cluster deployment remains aligned with the global P3 Integrated Supply Chain model.

How will you lead the P3 Integrated Supply Chain journey?

  • Stabilize: Protect customer delivery and plant continuity. Establish visible control of shortages, backlog, schedule attainment, inventory accuracy, premium freight, shipment risk, and ERP exceptions. Ensure containment, recovery ownership, and escalation are working before adding complexity.
  • Standardize: Deploy common process definitions, RASCI, Leader Standard Work, tier and S&OE routines, PFEP and planning rules, ERP transaction standards, KPI definitions, evidence controls, and required review cadences across the cluster.
  • Simplify: Remove duplicate reports, disconnected spreadsheets, unnecessary approvals, inconsistent local practices, avoidable handoffs, excess inventory, transportation waste, and manual workarounds. Enable one source of truth and practical standard work.
  • Control Certification Standards: Standardize and maintain the training, documents, evidence, tools, metrics, templates, and control methods required for consistent P3 deployment and certification across all plants.
  • Track Plant Progress: Maintain a fact-based certification pipeline for every plant, including maturity status, milestone progress, evidence readiness, compliance gaps, owners, due dates, and escalation needs.
  • Certify: Drive certification at each plant. Lead self-assessment and calibration, validate evidence through Go-Look-See, serve as the initial compliance auditor, close maturity gaps, ensure KPI readiness, conduct pre-assessments, support formal certification, and continue post-certification evaluations to ensure compliance is maintained.

What’s going to be your legacy?

  • Sustain P3 Without Dependence: Plant leaders and pillar owners understand the standards, own the work, coach their teams, maintain evidence, and continue improving after cluster support steps back.
  • One Integrated Supply Chain Operating Model: Plants use common language, standards, KPIs, governance, and escalation while applying the model appropriately to site size and complexity.
  • Stronger Customer and Business Performance: Higher delivery reliability and supplier performance, healthier inventory, better schedule execution, improved inventory accuracy, lower premium freight, and faster end-to-end flow.
  • A Visible Maturity and Certification Pipeline: Every site has an honest baseline, prioritized roadmap, accountable actions, evidence plan, and credible progression toward Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
  • Scalable Best Practices: Solutions proven at one site are documented, shared, adapted, and replicated across the cluster rather than rediscovered plant by plant.
  • A Culture of Accountability and Problem Solving: Leaders go to Gemba, act on facts, solve root causes, close commitments, and sustain standards through daily management.

Experience:

  • End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Demonstrated experience across demand and supply planning, production scheduling, inventory, material handling, logistics, ERP, supplier performance, and customer delivery in manufacturing.
  • Multi-Site Transformation: Proven success deploying common processes across plants with different systems, maturity levels, products, and organizational capability.
  • P3 or Operating-System Deployment: Experience translating maturity standards into assessments, roadmaps, evidence, governance, certification, and sustainment.
  • Lean Supply Chain: Strong practical experience with daily management, Leader Standard Work, VSM, pull, Kanban, supermarkets, standard work, Kaizen, A3/PPS, and flow improvement.
  • Systems and Data Integrity: Experience improving ERP adoption, MRP execution, master data, inventory controls, automation, BI, and elimination of shadow processes.
  • Coaching and Change Management: Ability to coach leaders, facilitate difficult cross-functional decisions, build capability, and influence in a matrix without taking ownership away from the plant.
  • Program and Benefits Management: Experience managing roadmaps, milestones, resources, risks, savings, performance outcomes, and executive communication across multiple sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong Lean/Six Sigma capability; Green Belt or Black Belt preferred. APICS CPIM/CSCP or comparable supply-chain certification is a plus.
  • Strong ERP/MRP, Excel, BI, analytics, and process-mapping capability.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, executive communication, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Willing and able to travel 50%–75% of the time across the assigned cluster and work effectively at the Gemba with plant teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the assigned cluster are an advantage.

What we Offer:

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
  • Work and learn in a fast-paced environment while shaping the P3 Integrated Supply Chain operating system.
  • Hands-on exposure to Lean, ERP, Analytics, cross-functional problem solving, and plant transformation.
  • Culture committed to excellence, simplicity, accountability, and becoming best-in-class.
