Job Position: Production Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of a production team, including team member management, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
- Responsible for the plant production and adherence to the timelines as per the KPIs and customer timelines.
- Responsible for reducing costs through lean and 6 Sigma programs.
- Responsible for all the departmental audits like ISO, QMS etc.
- Ensure Safety of team, Promote and Improve Safe Working Culture, lead as example.
- Work cross-functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
- Serve as group lead on projects and work assignments.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; set expectations and clarify responsibilities.
- Coach and mentor team members.
Experience:
Approximately 12+ years of experience in Core Operations or Quality.

- Preferred candidates will have experience in the rotating machines or automobile industry.
- Experience managing unionized reportees.
