ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION

Responsible for carrying out the inspection of Rings

Responsible for Spectral and Chemical analysis of Rings, Chrome electrolyte solutions and Effluent samples

Responsible for the hardness checking of materials

Responsible for approving Raw materials pertaining to Rings

Maintaining the IATF quality system in the shop

Maintaining the EHS system in the shop.

Maintaining 5S in the shop

Responsible for carrying out calibrations and maintenance of Ring Lab Equipment’s

To have knowledge of Chemical & Metallurgical Analysis of Grey cast and Ductile Iron

To have knowledge of handling of chemicals

To have computer knowledge for routine working

To have knowledge on the IATF quality system

QUALIFICATION: B. Tech in Metallurgy , B.Tech in Metallurgy OR M.Sc. in chemistry
