Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  1. Good experience of managing Trade Unions & some experience in Long Term Settlement sign up with Unions
  2. Maintaining a cordial industrial relation through HR interventions.
  3. Enforce Statutory laws across to ensure the plant is legally compliant.
  4. Liaison with Inspector of Factories, legal advisor & court advocates.
  5. Ensuring Discipline amongst all employees by initiating corrective actions.
  6. Ensure Headcount deployment  and MIS Reporting as per the business plan.
  7. Planning and monitoring security systems & applicability of Laws.
  8. Support in forecasting Manpower plan & allocating budget resources to meet the plan.
  9. Drive the Performance development function across the plant.
  10. Identify and derive initiatives towards talent development and retention of potential personnel.

 

Experience:  12 or more years of experience.
