ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION

He should be Proficient in CNC AND Milling Programming

Capable of Achieving and Monitoring Daily Production Targets

Well versed in Production Measuring Tools i.e. OEE AND OAE

Able to work under Pressure Conditions

Has knowledge of Quality Tools

Proficient in SAP and know commands for SAP

Has positive mind frame for Process Improvement and Productivity Improvement

Able to Work in Shifts

Has capability of Reading Drawings and Milling Coordinates

Well Versed in Tooling, and Fixtures. Must have Knowledge of Cutting Tools used in industry

Had work on Optimizing the resources

SKILLS PROFILE :

Had worked Independently on CNC Turning and Milling Centers

Sap well versed

Must cognizant about Metrology and basics instruments (Vernier caliper & Micrometer)

He should be time punctual and willing to come in shifts

Must knowledge of basic of computers and SAP software

Skilled about presentations and working dedicatedly on projects

QUALIFICATION

B.tech in Mechanical

Diploma from Indo Swiss Institute. candidate also be preferred
