Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects at Patiala Pistons.

• Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement

• Implement new operational efficiency initiatives, Idea Generation and Manage the same thru Wave.

• Drive the development and implementation of Lean methodology

• Collaborate with teams and individuals to understand processes, and promote adoption of improvement measures

• Monitor and report on the status of improvement projects, Wave Projects Monitoring on Daily / Weekly and Monthly basis.

• Provide training and guidance to team members about process improvement and Lean methodologies

• Measure and analyze improvement project outcomes in Wave.

• Coordinate for P3 Implementation,  in the Piston Plant.

• Qualification- Graduate in Engineering

• Experience -  5 to 7  yrs experience in manufacturing industry , preferably in Automobile Industry

• Basic knowledge of finance is required.
