ABOUT THE ROLE.
Responsible for robotics and industrial automation, including robot programming, machine interfacing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting to support efficient and reliable manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program, install, commission, and troubleshoot Fanuc and KUKA robots.
- Interface robots with CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and automation controls.
- Support CNC machine programming and integration with robotic systems.
- Perform robot debugging, fault diagnosis, and breakdown troubleshooting.
- Work with robotics hardware and software components for system optimization.
- Support automation projects from installation through commissioning and production stabilization.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve machine productivity, reliability, and automation performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience on interfacing of Robots with machines
- Experience on Programing / Installation / commissioning / debugging of Robots ( Fanuc / Kuka )
- Experience of manufacturing processes.Good exposure of PLC programming.
- Good exposure of CNC machines programmingUnderstanding of hardware / software components of robotics.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 to 8 yrs exp
