Tool Room Supervisor

Tool Room Management: Expert in handling independently all activities of Tool Room related to sheet metal. Activity scheduling, and manpower handling, work allocation to ensure effective staff for supporting the Production and continuous improvement. Having knowledge of Tool Costing and Design improvements. Responsible for sharing engineering data of any New product for costing.
CAD Knowledge: Must have expertise in designing and detailing of sheet metal tools in 3D and 2D. (Creo Preferable). Experienced in detailed drawings of product and tools.
Tooling supplier dealing: Experienced in dealing with suppliers for cost improvements, regular follow-ups with Purchase for Tooling Purchase and have experience in developing new suppliers.
SAP Knowledge : Must have knowledge of SAP for raising PR, Inventory control, tool issuing and regular activities related to production. Basic knowledge of BOM and Material Master.
Safety and Compliance: Adept at implementing Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) best practices & DWM meetings
