Want to be a part of Team Tenneco? If so, we’re looking for a Videography and Photography Intern to join our Global Communications team!

 

As part of a global communications team, you’ll be instrumental in telling the Tenneco story, driving employee engagement, and amplifying Team Tenneco’s achievements through various design projects and initiatives. You’ll be part of a team that will take our communications strategy to the next level at an unparalleled pace.

 

This role will be in-person and primarily based in Northville, Mich. A minimum of 20 hours / week will be required.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As part of a global communication team, you will have to roll up your sleeves to:

  • Assist in planning and storyboarding video projects from concept to completion
  • Capture and edit high-quality video/photo content for internal and external campaigns
  • Support post-production efforts, including photo/video editing, motion graphics, audio
  • Collaborate with the Communications Department to align photo/video content with branding guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with videography trends and techniques to suggest fresh ideas
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks that allow us to stay on schedule with all of projects and campaigns

 

Qualifications

At Tenneco, it’s not just about experience; it’s about mindset, and we’re looking for someone who is:

  • A student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in videography, film, media, or a related field
  • Able to share a working portfolio

 

Skills

  • Proficient with video editing software such as Davinci Resolve/Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop and other tools
  • Knowledgeable in camera operations, lighting, and sound recording
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
