Job Title: Senior Director, Transactions Support

Location: Northville, MI

global mobility by delivering technology solutions for light vehicle, commercial truck, offhighway, industrial, motorsport and the aftermarket.

 

The Senior Director, Transactions Support is responsible for leading and executing integration strategies for newly acquired (or divested) companies to ensure the seamless alignment of operations, culture, systems, and processes. This role oversees cross-functional integration planning, risk mitigation, value-capture initiatives, and change management activities to achieve the goals established in the deal thesis. The Senior Director partners closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and business unit leaders to maximize deal value and minimize disruption.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

 

  • Develop and lead comprehensive post-merger integration (PMI) strategies that align with the investment thesis and long-term business objectives.
  • Create and manage detailed integration roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Establish governance structures, including integration management offices (IMO), workstreams, and cross-functional decision forums.
  • Identify and mitigate integration risks, challenges, and cultural barriers.
  • Lead change management strategies to facilitate organizational alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Ensure continuity of customer experience and internal operations during the integration period.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

 

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Strategy, or related field required.  MBA or advanced degree preferred.

 

Experience: 8–12+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, program management, or related fields.  Proven track record leading large-scale integrations or transformation programs.  Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional corporate environments.
