ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The HR continuous improvement manager is responsible for designing, standardizing and continuously improving enterprise -wide talent management processes. The role partners closely with HR, Business leaders, and HRIT to build scalable operating models for performance management, succession planning and leadership development. This role requires strong capability in process design, coaching, HR systems, change management and data driven decisions support.

 

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for key talent management processes and development programs.
  • Serve as the primary communication lead for all talent management communications as related to performance management and succession planning
  • Own and maintain the Talent Management SharePoint site as the central hub for processes, SOPs, timeline and training materials.
  • Support enterprise wide (SuccessFactors) system upgrades related to performance management and succession planning.
  • Drive adoption of Talent Management processes through change management, communication and leader enablement
  • Create and facilitate training to enable effective performance management and succession planning across the organization
  • Translate data into actionable insight for HR and business leaders
  • Serve as a learning coach for emerging leader and plant leadership programs; partner with HRBPs and Talent Leaders to reinforce learning transfer & behavior change

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of HR, process improvement experience, with a track record of leading continuous improvement projects
  • Prior experience of training facilitation and coaching others is strongly preferred
