ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Intelligence Manager leads the strategy, development, and delivery of data insights that drive informed business decisions across the organization, with a primary focus on Human Resources and People Analytics. This role transforms workforce and operational data into actionable insights that influence enterprise strategy, performance, and planning—not just people-related decisions.
The position serves as a bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and business leadership, ensuring data is trusted, scalable, and aligned with broader business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the enterprise people analytics and HR BI strategy, aligned with overall business and analytics objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of BI developers, analysts, and people analytics professionals
- Partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to translate business questions into data solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytics products using Power BI
- Deliver insights that support workforce strategy, financial planning, operational efficiency, and business performance
- Oversee SuccessFactors reporting (Workforce Analytics, Stories, Ad Hoc Reports, Integration Center) and ensure data consistency
- Build and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to improve HR and cross-functional business processes
- Develop and govern enterprise KPIs spanning people, productivity, cost, and performance
- Own HR data models, semantic layers, and definitions used across the business
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance for sensitive employee and business data
- Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data literacy across HR and business teams
- Present insights, trends, and recommendations to executive leadership
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, HR, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy roles
- 2+ years of experience leading analytics or BI teams
- Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance tuning)
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors data and reporting
- Experience designing and delivering People Analytics solutions
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and workflow automation
- Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise data warehouses
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-focused insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating HR, Finance, and Operational data
- Knowledge of Azure data services or modern cloud data platforms
- Understanding of workforce planning, productivity analysis, and organizational design
- Experience with data privacy regulations (GDPR, employee data compliance)
- Background in enterprise analytics transformation initiatives
