We are looking for a Quality Coordinator. This position has responsibility of managing the process for creation, review and release of quality systems documents and ensuring that these documents meet Tenneco and IATF16949 requirements. Responsible for verification of controlled documents of external & internal origin such as specifications, standards, customer specifics, CCR’s, deviations, IPCs and Traveler updates, etc. Responsible for managing IA documentations, QA BOS, COPQ & QR reporting, and participates in development of PFMEAs and CPs.

You’ll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verifies controlled documents of external & internal origin such as, specifications, standards, customer specifics, etc..
- Update Share Point internal audit findings & scan documentation onto the network
- Manages the process for creation, review and release of quality systems documents and ensuring that these documents meet Tenneco and IATF16949 requirements.
- Maintain Quality Assurance BOS, COPQ reporting and QR reporting
- Participate in development of PFMEAs and Control Plans
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Quality auditing experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across various levels of the organization
- Excellent computer skills including Work, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Trained as an IATF16949 Internal Auditor preferred
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in applying IATF16949 requirements
- Ability to read blue prints is required
- Minimal travel is required
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Vision abilities required to include close vision.
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanicals parts and vehicles
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud
- Occasionally required to sort defective material
