The work of a customer service specialist is reported to the customer service supervisor. 1. Manage and serve the daily work of customers, be responsible for receiving and identifying customer orders and demand forecasts; 2. Be responsible for timely and accurately entering the latest customer demand forecasts into SAP in the required format every week; 3. Be responsible for customer order delivery, negotiate with relevant departments such as material planning, production planning, and quality engineers, actively promote the team to solve order delivery abnormalities and urgent customer demands, and assist the supervisor and the company in achieving monthly/annual sales targets; 4. Manage customer-related investigations (such as capacity, materials), and reply in a timely manner, assist and actively handle customer complaints and complaints; 5. Be responsible for managing and reducing the inventory of the intermediate warehouse and finished product logistics costs, and apply for the review and payment of logistics costs in a timely manner; 6. Be responsible for the performance of the order delivery rate (OTD) and customer satisfaction, and promote the team to improve; 7. Be responsible for monitoring the inventory of the intermediate warehouse of finished products and the service of suppliers to ensure that the daily delivery needs of customers are met, be responsible for the return rate and timeliness of recyclable packaging materials, and conduct an inventory of the intermediate warehouse once a quarter; 8. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. College degree or above, fluent in English reading and writing, good at listening and speaking; 2. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, good customer service methods and abilities; 3. More than 2 years of working experience, experience in customer service in foreign enterprises is preferred, proficient in office software; 4. Strong independent working ability and ability to withstand pressure; 5. Have a team spirit.
