Tenneco is seeking a driven, self-motivated Supply Chain focused student who has an interest in gaining hands-on experience.

Possible responsibilities include: 

  • Assist with collection and organization of data 

  • Analysis of data (market, customer, competitor) 

  • Policy and procedure development 

  • Support team members as projects see fit 

  • Support on supplier management system & database  (RFQ, PPAP request etc,.)  

 

Required of an Intern: 
Must be able to work independently and in a team based environment 
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 
Effective time management skills 
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word 

Minimum Qualifications: 
Student currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution 
Student with a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher 
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship period May-August 2025

Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license 
Ability to provide own transportation to/from the job site 
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 
Student currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's in Sales, Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution 
Student with a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
