POSITION SUMMARY |
Responsible for developing Tenneco NVH Performance Materials (Clevite Elastomers) customer strategy and managing expectations to achieve Company and Customer deliverables. Major elements associated with this position include leading Sales team members to develop and execute overall Sales strategy, selectively secure new business opportunities, partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering, Program Management, Operations) to successfully launch new or existing programs, improve platform profitability, drive continuous improvement activity and serve as the voice of the Customer to Tenneco and the voice of Tenneco to the Customer. This person serves as the primary customer interface for all business transactions and related commercial and/or program concerns. |
