Provide in-depth financial analysis to support critical commercial business decisions within the Ride Performance business. Activities performed offer broad exposure to customer business unit activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and track secured revenue, factored pipeline, quotation hit rate, cost per unit, and new business targets/opportunities (i.e. – Deal Tracker) on a regional basis for Global Ride Performance
  • Work directly with the customer to solve chargeback, delivery, service, or other issues.
  • Monitor past sales data and future production forecasts for LV and CTOH to determine trends in productivity and analyze data to understand problems, provide linkages to forecasts and address them proactively with the sales teams.
  • Maintain Tenneco CRM for a set of customers and manage sales reports and dashboards from internal system.
  • Prepare part number forecasts tied to industry production for the next year’s AOP and participate in the AOP (annual operating plan) and SBP (strategic business plan) processes for North America Ride Control business.
  • Track and enhance program profitability (bump charts) by part number both before and after launch.
  • Manage key data by part number/unit for each customer business unit
  • Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends and present actionable information and insights to team members and management
  • Work with a cross-functional team of Business Unit, Operations, and Accounting teams across Tenneco.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an accredited university.
  • Previous work, internship, or other leadership experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to show effective use of analytics and data.
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
