OVS Abrasive Machining Cell (3rd shift)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Complete SPC charts
• Perform required quality checks
• Set-up and check dimensions using applicable gauging
• Load and unload packs of rings into machine
• Ability to package and unpack product
• Perform all required inspection checks on the rings
• Must be able to run to standard after training period
• Observe all safety policies
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math, read blueprints, and read applicable measuring devices
• Adherence to the Formed Wheel Size, ID/OD Blast & Lapping Job Instructions
• Any other duties as assigned

• Standing                100%
• Walking                 30%-70%
• Bending                 35%
• Lifting                    Lifting 35 lbs maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 30pounds
