ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads the design and implementation of cost-efficient manufacturing processes that consistently deliver high-quality products meeting customer requirements. In this role, you’ll drive ongoing process improvement and provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, partnering with plant leadership to enable excellence on the plant floor. Your leadership ensures the team is equipped to optimize manufacturing KPI’s and drive business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing Robust Processes, process flow and layout - including incorporating lean methods and ergonomics. Design for Manufacturability (DFM). 
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives- Leading and implementing initiatives focused on enhancing existing manufacturing processes. This includes reducing cycle times, improving yields, lowering scrap rates, and increasing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). 
• Troubleshooting Manufacturing processes and resolving Technical Issue & Root Cause Analysis & Corrective / Preventive Actions.  
• Lead Capital Projects, Strategic Equipment Acquisition, Project Management & Installation and Commissioning.  
• New Product Launches, Launch Readiness, Pilot Runs & Validation. 
• Designing manufacturing processes that meet IATF standard. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.  
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading manufacturing operations and driving a culture of excellence.  
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing process design & lean manufacturing methodologies. 
• Extensive knowledge of leading capital projects, quoting, and new product launch. 
• Strategic vision and communication skills related to manufacturing objectives.   
• Proven experience pursuing operational excellence within manufacturing operations.
