Quality Manager

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and execute company quality management system requirements, and continue to improve.
  • New projects on quality development and management.
  • Responsible for quality control of suppliers.
  • Planning process audit. (Apply customer designated audit document). Organize the implementation of audit. Summarize and follow up audit issues.
  • Responsible for customer complaints, communicate with customers on quality issues.
  • Cooperation with other responsible departments for resource planning (headcount, investment) of quality department.
  • Plan, coordinate and control deployment, commitments, personnel development, appraisal & training.
  • Responsible for submitting quality KPI report to top management.
  • Conduct continuous improvement and keep safety in the workplace.
  • Temporary tasks which delegated by the direct supervisor.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, manufacturing, or quality management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

• Proficient knowledge of qualtiy management Principles, Tools, and techniques

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonnel skill to manage and motivate a diverse team.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the relevant industry. Skills and Competencies

 • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Experience working in a highly regulated industry automotive or related.

• Proficiency in quality management software and other relevant technologies.
