工作职责
- 在线技术服务，指导操作者正确操作，管理，监控机床的运转。
Providing the technique support, and teaching operators to operating, managing the equipments with the right methods.
- 进行“生产对话”，与操作者，与数据统计工作结果进行研究，解决问题或改进工艺，提高效率。
Doing the work of “Production Dialog”, study the information from operators and data, to solve problems or improve the process.
- 生产线问题分析解决，建立改进小组，并制定改进计划，实施改进。
Set up improvement team, draft the improvement plan and carry it out.
- 生产线技术改进（应提出改进措施报告）；改善生产线生产效率，工位设置，工艺流程，物流规划，人机工程，危险识别与环境因素识别研究与改进工作。
In charge of technology improvement; Study & Improve the production efficiency, Workstation placing, process flowing, material handling plan, Ergonomics, Hazard Risk and Environment factors analysis and improvement work.
- QAD或SAP 新建供应商及BOM管理
The create new suppliers in QAD or SAP and BOM management .
- 样件文件编制，包括工艺图纸、工艺流程编制、PFMEA、PPAP文件包等，样件工装的图纸设计及到货跟踪。
Sample documentation, including the process drawing, process routing , PFMEA, PPAP documents etc, tracking sample tooling drawings design and the arrival of the goods
- 操作指导书编制及更新.Draw up and update work instruction .
- 新设备采购的相关工作，包括技术协议编写，设备验收等
New equipment procurement related work, including the technical agreement, equipment acceptance, etc
- 为其他部门工作提供技术支持
Providing technical support for other departments.
- 领导安排的其它工作.Others task assigned by manager.
