Key Responsibilities: 

 

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and driving strategic people management initiatives. The role requires expertise in key HR functions, including:

  1. Talent Acquisition (TA) – Strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
  2. Talent Management (TM) & Development – Career progression frameworks, leadership development, training programs.
  3. Succession Planning – Identifying and grooming future leaders within the organization.
  4. Budgeting & People Planning – Workforce cost planning and headcount strategy.
  5. Reward & Recognition – Designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  6. Performance Management (PMS) – Driving effective performance appraisal systems.
  7. Compensation & Benefits – Salary structuring, benchmarking, and incentive programs.
  8. Compliance & Labor Law Management – Ensuring legal and statutory adherence.
  9. Union HandlingExtensive experience in industrial relations, having independently executed Long-Term Settlements (LTS).
  10. HR Operations & Policy Implementation – Streamlining processes for better efficiency.
  11. HR Systems & Process Automation – Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRMS tools.

 

Qualification: MBA, LLB

Experience: 10 - 15 Years
