Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will lead an experienced team of professionals in occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental management.
- You’ll be the one connecting legal requirements, company standards, and common sense.
- Your mission is not only to ensure compliance with legislation and corporate norms but to turn them into practical actions that genuinely improve how the company and its people function.
- You will organize the activities of the environmental department, communicate with authorities, and oversee adherence to all safety and environmental protection principles.
- At the same time, you’ll act as a business partner to company leadership in evaluating investment projects from the perspective of EHS, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
- Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the smooth operation of the entire site – from building safety and technical infrastructure to creating a comfortable environment for everyone who works there. In short, you’ll be the person ensuring that our plant operates smoothly, safely, and with respect for people and resources.

- The ability to represent the company during inspections and meetings with partners
