EHS Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. You will lead an experienced team of professionals in occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental management.
2. You’ll be the one connecting legal requirements, company standards, and common sense.
3. Your mission is not only to ensure compliance with legislation and corporate norms but to turn them into practical actions that genuinely improve how the company and its people function.
4. You will organize the activities of the environmental department, communicate with authorities, and oversee adherence to all safety and environmental protection principles.
5. At the same time, you’ll act as a business partner to company leadership in evaluating investment projects from the perspective of EHS, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
6. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the smooth operation of the entire site – from building safety and technical infrastructure to creating a comfortable environment for everyone who works there. In short, you’ll be the person ensuring that our plant operates smoothly, safely, and with respect for people and resources.
