Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Management professional with 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or OD. The role will focus on succession planning, leadership development, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement to build a high-performing and future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Planning
- Design and execute talent management strategies to strengthen organizational capability and talent pipelines.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to assess workforce needs and align talent initiatives with organizational goals.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and critical role identification to ensure business continuity.
Succession Planning & Leadership Development
- Drive succession planning frameworks for critical leadership roles.
- Implement leadership development programs and interventions for mid-to-senior-level talent.
- Coach and mentor high-potential employees to prepare them for future leadership roles.
Organizational Development & Change Management
- Partner with leadership on OD initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
- Lead change management efforts for new business initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment.
- Drive capability-building initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights on talent readiness and workforce trends.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment in talent initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with external partners for assessments, leadership programs, and OD interventions.
Performance & Analytics
- Utilize talent analytics to measure program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Regularly review talent dashboards and succession pipelines to address gaps proactively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 8–10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent management, leadership development, and OD.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing succession planning and leadership development frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation projects.
- Postgraduate degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic mindset with the ability to link talent initiatives to business outcomes.
- Proficiency in IT systems including BI tool, Success Factor, Talent Management tools
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- High adaptability and ability to work in a matrix/global environment.
