Sr Treasury Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Sr. Treasury Operations Analyst. This will be an individual contributor role working very closely with Treasury leaders across the region and enterprise. We are seeking someone who enjoys taking ownership and driving their projects to successful completion. At Tenneco, we work fast as one team to get stuff done!

• Manage global treasury processes (cash-pooling, intercompany netting, intercompany funding)
• Onboard Tenneco entities onto group wide treasury services
• Perform daily cash management of worldwide notional cash-pool
• Collaborate with other corporate functions (tax, legal, accounting)
• Coordinate with local controllers to implement treasury projects
• Perform ad-hoc treasury analysis
• Maintain Treasury records up to date (e-banking users, databases etc..)
• Execute and monitor corporate payments on behalf of entities worldwide
• Act as electronic banking master user and administrator
• Produce worldwide treasury reports on a daily, weekly or quarterly basis
• Prepare periodic reports (month end, quarter end, year-end)
• Investigation and resolution of collection, disbursement, and system issues
• Monitoring and reporting of debt positions and availability
• Maintain bank account database
• Manage and participate in the KYC information processes
• Maintain authorized signor listing
