Position Summary:
The Regional Deployment Manager will play a critical role in deploying the company’s talent management programs and support P3 deployment in the region. They will be responsible for deploying high-quality development programs, training, tools, and systems to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees and leaders across Tenneco. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams and plants, and ensuring the successful delivery of content that aligns with organizational goals. The Regional Deployment Manager will also assist in coaching and supporting leaders in the region, drive effective learning experiences to achieve development objectives, and support P3 deployment in the plants to continuously pursue higher certification levels. They are the liaison with the region and will bring the regional feedback to the Talent Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities. To perform in this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Deploy enterprise talent management processes & tools in the region.
- Establish clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure all milestones are met on schedule.
- Proactively communicate project status, updates, and challenges to ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Deploy leadership development programs in the region to cultivate an internally diverse and robust pipeline of leaders.
- Deploy performance management process in the region.
- Manage P3x Cohort organization with the host plant and regional team (e.g. Plant Manager Cohort, Functional Cohorts, TTT, etc.).
- Support organization of P3 site certification assessment.
- Follow-up P3x completion by region by tracking P3x training in Power-BI.
- P3x learning content development with SMEs & Content Development Team using OS documents on new modules & new pillars.
- Provide P3 Team the details for the communication plan to promote the program.
- Consult and advise with business leaders and HR partners.
- Help build and foster collaborative relationships with leaders and colleagues across the organization to drive change.
- Leverage HR technology and software to increase effectiveness and drive efficiency.

- Experience with leadership development assessments, including assessment certifications.
- Experience in providing feedback and coaching for employee and leadership development.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or related field
- Master’s degree in human resources management, Organizational Development or related field a plus.
- Proven experience in leadership program & training course delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in coaching leaders or facilitating leadership development programs.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and with all levels of the organization.
- Experience as HR Leader in manufacturing plants a plus
