Role Overview:
We seek an experienced, strategic and accomplished controller to lead financial controllership across all entities within Federal Mogul Group (currently 2 – one listed and another subsidiary JV company). The position should ensure robust financial and operational controls, accurate and timely financial reporting, and timely compliance with statutory and group-level standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing controllership across multiple entities. The candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills as the position needs engagement with various cross-functional teams and business leaders within the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Oversee preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with Local GAAP and also US GAAP.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Maintain compliance with local statutory requirements across all jurisdictions.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audit/ limited review across all jurisdictions.
§ Internal Controls, Regulatory Compliance & Governance

- Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control frameworks globally.
- Ensure adherence to IFC/SOX or equivalent compliance standards.
- Partner with internal audit and IFC auditors for smooth audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements, including overseas entities.
§ Process Optimization & Systems

- Drive standardisation and automation of financial processes across geographies.
- Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to optimise financial systems.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, including shared services and process reengineering.
§ Strategic Leadership

- Act as a key advisor to the CFO on financial risks, opportunities, and global trends.
- Act as a Finance partner for all key processes and manage finance-related requirements of various businesses/ functions.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
- Lead capital and legal restructuring initiatives of the Group

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Support talent development and succession planning within the finance function.
Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
At least 12-15 years of progressive experience in financial controllership. The candidate with experience in a global leadership role will be preferred.
Proven experience in multinational environments with complex structures. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Expertise in ERP systems and financial consolidation tools.
