To lead the sales & marketing activities, develop new customers, and new market for continuous business growth for North India in Tenneco's “Systems Protection” business unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the development of sales in North region of India
Work upstream with the allocated manufacturer(s) to specify FMSP products.
Negotiates the commercial conditions of the contracts within the framework of pre-established limits (price, discount, payment condition) after validation with the Sales Manager
Create and maintain commercial contacts with customers and prospects.
Manages the distribution network in his area.
Works in collaboration with Product Management and R&D on the development of new products and/or product modifications in order to meet customer expectations and needs. Write technical reports for customer follow-up.
Responsible for the monthly activity report (visit reports, monitoring of key objectives, new markets, development of new products, etc.) and the implementation and monitoring of related action plans
Identify business opportunities and target markets.
Arrange meetings with potential clients.
Challenge perceptions in order to get the customer to buy a product.
Record sales information and maintain customers’ records.

Advanced degree in a technical discipline is required, Engineer preferred.
Fluency in English language required.
Rigorous, methodical and a good communicator. You also can adapt quickly and work independently.

Reactivity, the ability to manage several subjects and bring them to a conclusion.
