Quality Lab Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

The Quality Lab Technician is responsible for maintaining and understanding cleanliness process, specifications, and procedures, and assist in cleanliness improvement activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cleanliness Testing:

• Performs required cleanliness tests/analysis per quality plan.
• Ensures calibration and proper operation of laboratory equipment.
• Reports and logs test results.
• Provides knowledge of cleanliness process and standards to management with ability to troubleshoot.
• Order test supplies through PLEX system.
• Understand customer specifications for cleanliness guidelines.
• Performs additional inspections using microscope for troubleshooting, if needed.

Other:

• Ensures calibration and proper operation of laboratory equipment.
• Data entry of customer information into PLEX.
• Performs other duties as required.

High School Diploma Required

EXPERIENCE:

2 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer skills – Microsoft Office, PLEX
• Communication skills
