Senior IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing on-site and remote IT infrastructure support (resolving second-line incidents and problems, as well as handling service requests);
• Maintenance (change, resource, and update management) and support in project implementation;
• Cooperation with global IT teams and external service providers in the delivery of IT services, as well as software development and system integration;
• Using tools and adhering to IT standards and procedures;
• Supporting compliance and business continuity management;
• Participation in development projects with the global Instrumentation team concerning the System Link platform, hardware and software infrastructure in engineering departments, in accordance with IT requirements;
• TISAX – training, implementation, security, CCTV monitoring, access control, and regulations;
• Participation in the implementation of NIS2 regulations;
• Cybersecurity – training and support

What will make you successful:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an IT operations department or in an organization providing IT services within a complex IT infrastructure, delivering on-site and remote support (experience in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry is an advantage);
• Experience in compliance TISAX requirements, compliance issues, and NIS2 regulations;
• Excellent knowledge of installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of Windows systems on PCs, Microsoft tools, and other client software;
• Good knowledge of Dell and HP hardware (desktops, laptops, printers), handheld scanners, barcode printers, and plotters;
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Windows Server, Cisco switches, access points and routers, APC UPS power supplies, LAN and WAN networks;
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes and a good understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives;
• Ability to use MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• English language proficiency (minimum B2 level);
• Experience in Active Directory administration and mobile device support is a plus.
