DRiV, a division of Tenneco, is seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the strategy and growth of our Automotive Aftermarket product lines across EMEA. This role is critical to driving revenue, profitability, and market share through product innovation, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute product strategies, ensuring competitive positioning and sustainable profitability.

• Market Intelligence: Gather insights on trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine product roadmaps.

• Technical Expertise: We critically need a specialist in starters, alternators, and automotive air conditioning systems for light vehicles and/or heavy-duty applications.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product development, pricing strategies, and segmentation while driving continuous improvements.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor profitability, market opportunities, and key KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Customer Engagement: Support sales teams, attend industry events, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Management, or Engineering (MBA preferred).

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in product management within an international environment.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in starters, alternators, and automotive air conditioning systems.

• Strategic & Financial Acumen: Understanding of pricing, profitability analysis, and strategic planning.

• Languages: Fluent English

• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Travel: Frequent travel required (car/air).
