Locations: Gliwice (Poland), Hodkovice nad Mohelkou (Czech Republic) or Ermua (Spain).

Working mode: 4/1HO per week

Are you an experienced procurement professional passionate about the automotive industry? We're seeking a Senior Commodity Buyer to lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier relationships for critical commodities.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead supplier negotiations and manage contracts to maximize value.

• Build sustainable partnerships by assessing supplier performance and capabilities.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet technical and quality standards.

• Monitor market trends and proactively manage risks.

• Drive cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and supplier diversification.

• Support new product introductions and resolve supply chain issues.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.

What Makes You a Fit

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience: 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or commodity buying in automotive.

• Strong negotiation skills and proven success in cost optimization.

• Technical knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes is a plus.

• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and purchasing systems; English fluency required.
