Location: Gliwice, Poland

Working Mode: Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day home office)

 

Your Role As a Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless program execution and success by:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to integrate plant operations with launch managers.

  • Balancing cost, time, quality, and resources to optimize program performance.

  • Proactively managing risks and implementing strategic problem-solving initiatives.

  • Ensuring all customer milestones are met on time with high-quality deliverables.

  • Overseeing program quality objectives and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Driving on-time PPAP approvals for purchased components.

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Education: Degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience: Strong background in Program Management within a technical or manufacturing setting.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and drive high-performing teams.

  • Decision-Making: Analytical mindset with a talent for balancing engineering, financial, and quality factors.

  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in APQP, PPAP, and proficiency in MS Project.

  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; German or French is a plus.
