Key Responsibilities
Technical Infrastructure & Utilities

  • Ensure the continuous supply and quality of electricity, gas, and water services.
  • Analyze the root causes of infrastructure failures and implement preventive actions.
  • Monitor, balance, and optimize energy and utility consumption.
  • Initiate and execute optimization and cost-saving projects.
  • Cooperate with utility providers and oversee contracts and settlements.

Facility Maintenance & Construction

  • Maintain buildings, installations, and external infrastructure in proper technical condition.
  • Plan and supervise construction, renovation, and modernization projects.
  • Coordinate the work of external contractors (scope, deadlines, quality, and safety).
  • Supervise work execution in accordance with technical documentation, construction law, and health & safety regulations.
  • Organize and participate in periodic inspections of buildings and facilities.
  • Support investment projects: define scope, oversee implementation, and conduct technical acceptances.
  • Maintain and update technical, construction, and as-built documentation.

Management Systems & Collaboration

  • Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 50001 Energy Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Purchasing, and HSE departments.
  • Propose improvements related to infrastructure, energy efficiency, and operating costs.
  • Control costs and ensure spending aligns with the budget.


Requirements

  • University degree in a technical field (Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, energy, and construction-related topics.
  • Understanding of construction law, energy regulations, health & safety, and fire protection requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering documentation.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment >2 years
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Energy-related certifications/licenses.

 

Nice to Have

Construction licenses/certifications.
Experience managing investment or facility modernization projects.
Practical knowledge of ISO management systems.
