Commercial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Asses, maintain and monitor rebate accruals (supporting Sales & Marketing) and balance reconciliation;
• Interpret contracts, Calculate effective costs and communicate to internal departments;
• Support rebate renegotiation process on local and international accounts;
• Check Promotional Requests and Discuss;
• Combine own analysis with reviewed input from Stakeholders (Sales, Pricing, Product Management and other) enabling decision-making by Top Management, Key Account Managers, Country & Product Directors and Stakeholders;
• Ensure weekly reviews with corresponding timely submission by all Stakeholders;
• Follow up on implementation by maintenance of BC database and documents, maintenance of accurate records, reports and calculations;
• Provide operational management with financial reports and analysis;
• Support sales & margin analysis and track customer profitability: create detailed, flexible models in Excel to review scenarios during development of future strategy and during negotiations;
• Support and Improve multiple process in place;
• Support Budget Process;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in marketing, Research, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics
• Previous experience in Strategic automotive Finance and/or Pricing position, Multinational company (desirable)
• Result-, performance and critical-oriented approach, autonomous working skills.
• High standard of written and spoken English
• Ability to communicate, discuss and influence cross-functionally and with Leadership Team in an international and multicultural environment
• Nice to have: SAP FI, Power BI, knowledge of German, project management
• Good financial background is essential
• Excellent PC knowledge: MS Office (excel, powerpoint).
