  • Support prototype designs and pilot builds working with larger engineering team (months 1-2)             
    • Operate pilot line equipment for early builds
    • Contact local vendors to acquire tooling/materials
    • Improve efficiency in the prototype workspace

 

  • Interface with our sales team and external customers on new applications (months 3-4)
    • Participate in customer calls
    • Assist in New Development launches
    • Custom design parts for new automotive launches

 

  • Lead a New Development program
    • Responsible for the execution of a program from initial contact through production kick-off (months 5-6)
    • Work with stakeholders on iterative design improvements
    • Complete required validation testing and prototype builds
