ABOUT THE ROLE
Understand how a process engineer evaluates conceptual products to determine manufacturing feasibility, including but not limited to making product concept hand samples, developing/constructing prototype production pilot processes, calculating manufacturing labor/material costs etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design 2D/3D equipment models together with assembly drawings, create fabrication drawings for individual components
- Order material and components, fabricate and assemble prototypes
- Assist in testing and process debugging, utilizing analytical thinking and logic
- Practically apply EHS safe practices, ergonomics, and 5S methodology

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial.).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency/familiarity in field-specific software, such as:
- Solidworks
- Autodesk Inventor
- AutoCAD
- ANSYS
- MATLAB
- Windchill
- Ability to work with hand tools (manual dexterity)
