Material Planner

Define properly the programming and planning strategy for an optimal calculation of orders (expected delivery time, planning calendar, safety stock, safety time...)
 Ensure the availability of the components to achieve the production plan, managing the modifications caused by incidents
 Execute MRP, ship orders and manage supplier incidents
 Promote actions to maintain the optimal value of inventory meeting taking into account the objectives defined by the organization
 Maintain different purchasing scenarios based on optimal strategy
 Maintenance of orders (Incoterms, prices, payment conditions…)
 Manage crises arising from inventory breakage, lack of capacity, scaling, special transport...
 Supplier evaluation and development
 Standard and urgent transport flow management
 Represent the company in communications with suppliers
 Participation in the approval process of ECMs, ensuring the launch of new references, PPAP orders and avoiding obsolete material
 Manage the material that rejects quality
 Give support to other plants with special components needs
 Promote and participate in the implementation of improvement projects
 Collaborate with other departments
 Meet the requirements for the company health, safety and environmental standards
