Job Title: Statutory Accounting & Treasury Specialist

Work mode: 100% onsite


Support Tenneco’s financial management by overseeing Italian GAAP financial statements, budgets, and cash flows while ensuring compliance. Analyze subsidiary performance and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead accounting activities for Italian GAAP statutory financial statements.

  • Manage treasury operations across plants and corporate.

  • Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.

  • Oversee AS400 operations for the holding entity.

  • Process holding supplier invoices and manage banking activities.

  • Contribute to US GAAP ledger management (OneStream).

  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and tax models.

  • Collaborate with tax consultants and external auditors.

  • Supervise the team managing Italian statutory financial statements.

 

Professional Requirements

  • Degree in Economics/Commerce or 5–8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP; US GAAP is a plus.

  • Proficiency in AS400; familiarity with ERP systems is a bonus.

  • Expertise in accounting reconciliations, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

  • Fluent English; proficient in Windows and Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
