  • Responsible for West India region sales & marketing for Systems Protection Two Wheeler, EV & Mahindra & Mahindra Business.
  • Managing sales & creating opportunities for business growth through development of new business opportunities for SP products
  • Working experience with Automotive OEMs. (Experience with Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors)
  • Responsibility for meeting the monthly and yearly New Business Development targets
  • Identify business opportunities and target markets.
  • Engage with the customers in the development stage for deployment of SP products.
  • Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs.
  • Forecasting customer growth and related business sales.
  • Build relationship with customers at both OEM and Tier 1 level.
  • To support customer service team with the account receivable (AR) deliverables.
  • To develop detailed territory business plans for next year budgeting.
  • Helps sales head in developing long terms strategic plans for 3 years.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products.
  • Manage key stake holders within and outside company.
  • Develops account strategy and works with key stakeholders in the business to achieve optimum results.
  • Research market trends and products.
  • Fosters the development of new methods, processes, and procedures.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients.
  • Challenge perceptions in order to get the customer to buy a product.
  • Record sales information and maintain customers’ records.
  • Working experience with Automotive or tier 1 supplier preferably with wiring harness or hose manufacturer.
  • Sales forecasting, planning & budgeting
