Senior Engineer

1.    Responsible for MRP run also to release the N+5 Forecast to all RM suppliers.
2.    Review sub supplier RM requirement & place the overall requirement to Sheet supplier.
3.    Monitoring the Schedule fluctuation & escalate to sales & GP team incase of major variation in the forecast.
4.    Nesting plan to the RM suppliers.
5.    Responsible for local child parts procurement through milk run collection.
6.    Monthly vendor reconciliation & responsible for consignee part reconciliation.
7.    Sub contract Inventory management.
8.    Monitoring the Sub-Supplier RM coverage & ETA confirmation.
9.    Supplier trolly management
10.    Responsible for Supplier payment issues & need to resolve at ontime.
11.    Review the suppliers on daily basis & pull the parts as per the production plan pattern.
12.    Responsible for BOM analysis and cogi clearance.
13.    Controlling the Inventory with in the RMC & within defined DOH.
14.    Responsible for maintaining the child parts as per the safety norms inside the plant.
15.    Resolving the supplier issues and ensure smooth supply.
16.    Premium freight control for domestic child parts.
17.    Responsible for zero line stoppage due to domestic child parts shortage...
18.    Involvement with Engineering team for New part launches & BOM creation for new projects.
19.    Monitor the customer schedule and align the supplier schedules as per the customer order changes.  
20.    On time supplier rejection disposal.
21.    Over all in & Out control of all domestic child parts procurement.
