Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Should have work experience in Automotive industry (preferably welding industry).
2. Should have worked in maintenance function
3. Should possess good knowledge in Machine Breakdown / Preventive Maintenance  / Predictive maintenance
4. Conversant in People management.
5. Experience in Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Lubrication system
6. Exposure in Utility equipment maintenance in preparable
7. Experience in Ball screw & LM block replacement  and Spindle & Gear Box assembly.
8. Identification and implementation of MTBF /MTTR improvement activities
9. Identification and implementation of Maintenance Cost / Energy Saving improvement activities
10. Implementation of Poke yoke for Machine accident  / Quality rejection Elimination
11. Robot, MIG & TIG welding knowledge is essential.
12. Application of problem-solving tools like Why Why analysis, 8D approach, CAPA, FMEA etc.
13. Exposure in SAP PM and IDM module, IATF16949, TPM & Should possess good communication skills
14. Achieve Maintenance daily and Monthly Targets as per plan
15. Ensure production, Safety and Quality requirements
16. Complete work activities as per P3 standard
