Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and verify the shipping documents such as invoices delivery notes, E waybill and transport terms

2. Handing the OEM Portal (ASN, Deliver Notes, schedule)

3. Ensure the Customer On time delivery and TAT Report

4. Managing the Inventory, slow moving and obsolete items and Manpower Handling

5. Ensure the Goods are dispatched in proper conditions and meet quality standards

6. Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, including quantities, destinations, and delivery rates

7. implement strategies to reduce transportation costs and optimize dispatch schedules

8. Monitor Every customer we dispatch as per customer agreed packing standard.
