Key Responsibilities:

1. Releasing the Imports parts schedule as per the BMW firm releases / Kit Plan.
2. Ensure the supplier order releases to the Import supplier through SAP.
3. MPS & MRP run for all imports bought out parts.
4. Co-ordinate with the Freight forwarders for pickup schedules.
5. Monitoring the imports schedule releases vs actual pickup adherence.
6. Monitoring the Import GIT & ETA.
7. Ensure the Duty payment releases and get the material at on time.
8. Monitoring the plant Imports Inventory with respect to N+3 customer forecast to avoid Obsolescence stock.
9. Ensure the Imports GRN done at On time
10. Vendor reconciliation for all Imported parts on Monthly basis.
11. Resolving the Import supplier issues and ensure smooth supply.
12. Account the Freight forwarder bills at on time.
13. Involvement with Engineering team for New part launches & BOM creation for new projects.
14. Premium freight control for imports parts.
15. Monitor the customer schedule and align the supplier schedules as per the customer order changes. 
16. Responsible for Quantity & Quality verification of the Imported parts.
17. Over-all in & Out control of all Import parts.
