Quality Manager

Build, maintain and improve the quality system based on IATF16949

       Establish ，document，implement and maintain a quality management system based on IATF16949；

       Coordinator for external audit (2nd /3rd party) audit.   

       QMS continuous improvement.   

•       Supplier quality management

       Participate in PSA.

       Supplier product and process approval for new program.

       Supplier quality management and CI after SOP

•       Internal quality management

       Quality policy, target and standardization management.

       Lead internal QMS, process and product audit.

       Participate in new program planning and verification, and lead internal PPAP.

       Lead quality problem solving and CI.

•       Manage quality dept.

       Facilitate company culture and values in dept.；

       Manage dept. staff's 5S and EHS.   

       Responsible for dept. staff's training, performance evaluation, communication and stimulation.   

•       Cost management and P3 system conduct

•       Other specific jobs which assigned by supervisor.

•       Follow company EHS requirements. Report potential risk and EHS events.

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):

•      Bachelor’s degree in machine manufacturing or related discipline;

Work Experience

At least three years department management experience in automobile industry and subordinates over 10

At least 3   year experiences in Quality system with IATF 16949 internal auditor certification; automotive industry is beneficial.

Certified internal auditor (VDA6.1/6.3) is beneficial.

Qualifications/ certifications:

•Good communication skills both in Chinese and English；

•Good PC skills；

•Good capability of undertaking pressure
